After careers in teaching and marketing with Rank Xerox, Anne our Managing Director, completed her Master's Degree at Oxford Brookes University and has been an Executive Director of MML since 1999.

After studies at both Brunel and Sheffield Hallam Universities, Wain pursued IT management careers over the last 13 years at both The Prudential Assurance Company and the Health Protection Agency.
